Please let us know as soon as possible (preferably 24 hours in advance) if you are unable to make your appointment.
NO CALL - NO SHOWS greatly affects our business and if it continues to happen we may request payment for the missed service(s).
You are able to change or cancel your appointment through the confirmation text or email you receive after booking.
